Printer Not Working Print

Try the following steps before submitting a ticket: 

  1. Make sure you're connected to AIM Wifi
  2. Be sure you're signed into your Adventures account in Google Chrome
  3. Clear your printer queue
    1. Mac
    2. Windows
    3. Chromebook
  4. Clear your browser history and cache
  5. Restart your computer
