Navigate to https://calendar.google.com/calendar/r/settings/browseresources
Under GVL check the box for "(Even Calendar)-GVL--(Events)"
Exit the settings page by clicking the back button in the top left corner
In your normal calendar view, you'll now see the Events calendar in the bottom left under "Other Calendars"
