If your mouse/keyboard is lagging, jumpy, or unresponsive: You probably need new batteries. We have those! You can swing by the IT Office to get new ones or submit a ticket.

If your mouse/keyboard is lost/broken/stolen and you need a new one: Simply submit a ticket and we will replace it. Each employee gets one free replacement, after that, you are responsible for purchasing your replacement.
